Windows Live, Agent Technology, and business rules…

Came across this piece if news - Microsoft acquires portfolio company Colloquis while browsing through… Microsoft seems to be targeting the bot technology at making collaboration easier (sharing maps, videos, etc. over IM) or at making them “intelligent” enough to act as “customer service” representatives (Encarta bot being a first cut, I guess)…
